Evolution, a new name coming…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

Many thanks to those who have taken interest and helped with the Coexistence Kids and Living with Big Cats over the years. The initial learning group at Bardiya National Park in west Nepal was the model developed, that has now evolved into a new format which includes collaboration with the Jane Goodall Institute (Nepal) which is supplying text books to key areas affected by human – wildlife conflict where we are in the process of deploying LeopardEye<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From coordinator Jack Kinross, “it’s not just a matter of giving children a good education, it’s the definition of a good education, the human future on the planet depends on that”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our thanks to collaborators and supporters, we’d like to acknowledge the Youth Education and Training Initiatives (YETI) Nepal Trust (a New Zealand organization) and Nepally Dream (a France-Nepal organization). There have been many others over the years and as at this time, April 2025, we are in the next stage of the evolution of this philosophy with a new name, an alteration with familiarity, Kids for Coexistence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

New partnerships including WildTiger collaborations with the Jane Goodall Institute (Nepal) and other organizations mean fresh thinking and dynamic approaches going forward. Human-wildlife coexistence has never been at a more crucial and important stage so the initiative of the Youth for Human-Wildlife Coexistence (YHWC) is an example of where we are headed in our action. We’ll bring updates throughout 2026 and beyond as progress continues.<\/p>\n\n\n
